In general, i am bored when i am in a group (more than 3, 4 people)

I saw that a lot of player are very social, they talk with all people men, women it seems really easy for them

So, is it a necessary condition to be "ultra-social" to get women ?

People like me (with the same issue) who doesn't like to be in a group ?

Is it possible to work on this skill ?
