Its easy to deal with this. When a girl's friend does this next time just say "Wait" and pause while making eye contact with the girl that interrupted you so that she stops talking then continue by saying "You are really cute. I have a friend and you're absolutely his type. He couldn't be here tonight though because he's busy performing surgery but I should introduce you two."
