Ok,

Ill just put it out there, I just got divorced in the last year, and I am 40, i make really good money, I own a good home and have both of my kids full time (Teenagers)...I am horrible at approaching woman, terrified of rejection,,I can carry a conversation, but definitely have some self esteem issues (I effectively defeat myself prior to talking). I been finding I will go all day and see 2 or 3 woman i would love to approach, but just let it pass by. Some of my concern is I live in a small town, and i dont know why the idea of running into a woman who rejected me bugs me, but it does.

I am sure I am making up all kinds of reason i shouldnt approach, but if I look from the outside, I am doing good. I am in great shape, I am upper middle class, I can hold a conversation, (I find i am not that flirty though, it always go to formal or just small talk). I am really looking to find some attractive woman to date, but i seem to defeat myself at every turn by thinking they are to young, not into me, dont want to deal with my baggage, prob think i am not attractive, mostly that I am bothering them.

Where do I start, I been reading some of this forum, and actually went back and reading some of the "100 woman in 50 day" threads and it sounds so easy, but I guess i just need to pull the trigger. I would like to have some tools in my bag first lol.

Where do I start? I am all ears.
