so i approached 11 girls in the last week during the day, didnt got much of results other than i am happy i did it.

anyway here are my problems: 1) i still cant daygame without a wingman. 2) getting in state is really hard, sometimes i do talk to random people to get in state and i feel really stupid by doing it and it doesnt really helps every time. 3) i go out once or even twice a day, walking in this world and most of the time i dont even talk to anyone. 4)when i sit at home i always think to myself that i have to go out now, that i am missing opportunists out there and when i actually go out and i dont do anything - it is very hard the next day to convince myself to go out again.

so how can i get out of my head?
