A lot of men beat themselves over for being anxious, saying dumb things, and fucking up the interaction when approaching women. This is sad, unkind, and has to stop.

You showed up. You approached a girl. You did your best to HELP yourself. And this is what really mattered.

Yes, you can learn to present yourself better and become more comfortable with women along the way, but ultimately you CANNOT control whether a woman will respond to you. She might be in a bad mood. She might already in a happy relationship. She might just don't like your type. It's out of your control, this includes the anxiety you feel when talking to women.

Next time after approaching a girl reward yourself something with nice to eat or drink. It doesn't matter how she responded. Just reward yourself because you showed up and did your best.

If you are not willing to be your own best friend, no one will.
