Phones should be used for setting dates not for flirting. It is the easiest way to get into the friend zone. Everything you say is in text and it is hard to tell exactly how it is suppose to be read. Where you would have paused, how fast you spoke, your facial expression, how they are feeling when they read it, etc.

I would say just use the phone to set dates and flirt in person. They might text an lol on the phone but in person oh can read their body language and facial expression to see exactly how they react
