Cruises are awesome... women are so much more aggressive and open when they're on a cruise-ship. I've never had as many women open me, as I did during the time I was on a cruise. Seriously, I was just sitting at the bar in the club on board the ship, and had got girls approaching me and asking me to dance, or just coming up and introducing themselves and hitting on me. It's part of that whole "vacation" thing... women on vacation are able to put aside their normal "real world" behavior and be much more uninhibited.
If you haven't been on a cruise yet, I definitely recommend it.
