Always accept the compliment with confidence, without being embarrassed.
Be witty and sexualize the conversation.
1) say thank you without laughing and let the pleasure received fired you, she will feel it, and that's really sexy.
2) say thank you and you maintain an deep eye contact with a nice smile during 5 secs, and you change the topic. This eye contact will come later
