Write down a script, memorize it and use it to speak to every woman that you're interested in. When you're socially awkward you can't improvize, it's better to be clinical, atleast to break the ice. Keep it short and simple.

Script:

You- Hi my name is John, i think you're cute and i would like to get to know you to see if we're compatible.

Girl: *awkward laughter* Hi my name is Suzie

You: What a cute name, are you single?

Suzie: Yes

You: Can i get your #?

Get the # and go then get to know her hobbies and interest over text and if she seems compatible then take her out and see if there's chemistry and go from there, no need to complicate things.

Talk to everyone. There is no bullshit way to get better. No tricks or things to say. The key to getting better is simply doing it and then evaluating from there. You’re probably going to bomb and or be embarrassed a few times, but if you want to choose to get better you have to do it a lot and brush off failure and try to evaluate for the future.
