I used to advocate calling but a lot of girls are nervous on the phone. I'd just text and keep it short, strictly logistics avoid flirty banter.

Always wait 24 hrs, start a conversation, then just stop replying to leave waiting for your reply. Hit her up again a few hours later on a completely different note as if you don't remember texting her before, makes you seem mysterious. Girls love mystery but only if they can pick up on a few clues
