It seems that whenever i come across texting in a post on seddit it is heavily skewed toward only using it to set up dates. In my personal experience i have found that it completely depends on which generation you were born into. As for me I'm 21 and i feel like im stuck with the girls around my age who are either super into texting and use it to build some kind of comfort, or they dont care at all. It really seems to be a hit or miss.

What i find oddly funny about this is no matter how much kino/escalation you build with a girl in person she feels the desire to still attempt to sustain attraction through text. I'm also not talking about texting in the sense of having an actual conversation, but more along the lines of bullshit witty/sexual humor.

So i'm basically wondering if there are guys around my age that are running into this as well.
