I'm 19M and work a lot and don't have a lot of time to go out and meet girls, but when I do I'll take the opportunity quick and make a move on someone I'm interested in. Due to this most of the only time I have to communicate is through text. As of right now I talk about what ever I want to talk about, and stay in control of the conversation topic at hand. Things will seem to be going well and flirting will happen but always randomly, the girls stop reply even if they hit me up first?

I know a typical answer for this is "Don't use texting as a way to get to know somebody" yeah okay I get it. What confuses me is I know very few girls who will actually agree that they don't like using texting as a way to talk to someone they're interested. Most girls I know are always on their phone, always replying fast, even go to as far as getting shitty if a guy doesn't reply fast enough. It blows my mind when I read don't have a conversation over text throughout the day. I personally don't do it out of loneliness, or feel desperate. I just like having conversations with women I'm attracted to and don't care if I get to know them over text or person. That's how most men I know feel.
