You can still chat via text i.e. small talk but save the teasing and "getting to know you" for the actual date. Use texting as a means to set the time, location etc. for when you meet up.

I wouldn't go full blown foreplay over text, you can do sexy little texts but don't have mega long conversations. Text is used to set up dates not be the date itself.

I agree with Dead_Kennedies. Just be yourself. She will be happy you text her no matter what the content of the text. By texting her, you are saying I am thinking about you and enjoy chatting with you.
