I'm going to try to keep this short, since it's late/early, and i don't want to elaborate too much, but I have learned a lot from following this place.
About 3 years ago, I got my heart crushed and my soul destroyed by a girl. I'd always been pretty sure of myself prior to this, but this girl left my confidence destroyed, and as much as I tried, i could not get back in the game.
Earlier this year, i finally reached the point that I was rebuilt enough to go back out there, in no small part from what I'd been reading here. I started feeling like myself again, and it seemed like I was able to have every woman i met giving me her number and wanting my time. This quickly led to a short relationship with a girl that, while not probably more than a HB4-5 for most of you, was interesting (I overheard her talking about Reddit at the bar...bam) and fun...things ended about a month ago, and while down for a while, one of the things that has kept me from wallowing is reading this subreddit. I'm going out alone and meeting people, bring other single male friends out to pick up some tricks, and it seems like I am succeeding at every point. HB 8-10s coming to me two at a time and fighting for my attention, escalating kino, sitting on my lap, giving me their numbers without prompt. Girls I could never catch before kissing me and inviting me out. It's wild. I'm blowing girls off that I was hoping I could entertain months ago.
I'm not some Adonis. I have some good features, but I'm out of shape (and working on it). The trick is confidence-I've had a number of women in the last 6+ months that they think I'm sexy because of how I carry myself. I'm not cocky. I don't really play game, though I pick up tricks now and then from here. The real secret is in learning how to be yourself in front of others. I've managed to get to know a lot of people in a couple of local haunts, and as a result I can walk in and strike up conversation with almost anyone-social currency helps, and it keeps you unavailable enough that a girl that wants you will find herself on your lap.
I've learned so much, and I want to thank you guys...even less for the ladies, and more for helping to keep my spirits up. Guys, if you're feeling down and out, regroup, and get out there.
