I wouldn't really ever say anyone's inner game is ever super solid. Always ways to improve in that aspect. Solid is a fluid concept. You have to be continuously working on your game to be in that place.

That means always looking into your inner game, approaching/doing sets constantly, working on the physical appearance (it does not matter but then again it helps a shitload), working on your inner world.

As the great Russian write Anton Chekhov said -

"Everything should be first-rate in a person, his face, clothes, soul and thoughts"

In the big scheme of things watch some Todd V videos. He breaks down game as good as anyone. Start branching out into other guys after, anything you find interesting.

Look into the sidebar of this sub-reddit. There is some great information there, read all the AMAs, note down shit that is interesting.

But above all else, approach, write Field Reports, analyse where you went wrong, rinse, repeat. Trust the process.

Why not do the 100 sets challenge? Why not try and get rejected to overcome your AA? There is a tonne of shit someone can do at the start of their journey to build a solid foundation.

With regards to your questions -

Escalation - look into the escalation ladder

Push/Pull - look into the sub-reddit. There is a great one called "give her the gift of missing you"
