For seduction, and "pick up," being calm and confident is probably the most important thing. This might seem like a crude and obvious observation, but when it comes down to it, you can have all the theory in the world but not be able to put it together (think puzzle pieces) because of your nerves.

I want to highlight something that i see few around here touch upon, and that is that if you want to get good at picking up women, then you need to get good at learning to be confident and calm, and that is what meditation and other avenues such as improv and stand up comedy are for.

I personally cringe when i read that people spend several thousands on buying RSD products and coaching programs. What a load of crap. Over emphasizing "pick up" as an aspect in your life, also gives so much priority to women, eclipsing the holistic nature of a truly satisfying life.

tldr: I think the pick up community in general is filled with too much overcomplicated bullshit about "game," and it also over emphasizes the importance for women and social cred to have a "life worth living."
