You really need to be more specific in what your situation is, where you're coming from and what you want out of a given situation. If you're looking to pick up, maybe you could look into some of the PUA stuff listed on the right - if your inner game is good like you say, then work on how you interact with others. It's hard to not suggest 'get some more confidence' but if you're not regularly engaging with people start doing so. At the gym, on the bus, in the supermarket, on the streets - 10 seconds of conversation could lead to learning something new, and if you build momentum in socializing, you'll find it translates to talking with females a little easier. There's plenty of helpful stuff on youtube if you're willing to put in the time regarding PUA stuff, I'd recommend you start there.

Just make sure you know the reason you're there! Enjoy the music you're listening to and are genuinely having fun, dancing, etc. Don't make girls the objective. Make having a good time the objective. Because once you've achieved that you'll have a subtext of 'fun and good vibes' and girls will notice this. I've had the most success just dancing and if there are girls around, I would gently nudge em on the elbow and make it appear like it was an accident whilst dancing or whatever and if they respond by smiling or dancing back. You're in!
