Hi guys. As suggested by one of the moderators, i'll break down to Silva rapid induction process textually for you to follow it through step by step.

Lay down or sit cross legged in a relaxed state of meditation. Focus on your breathing and your chest as your entire body begins to relax. Close your eyes.

Scan your body from head to toe slowly, releasing any tension you might notice in your body. Then scan back upward slowly releasing any additional tension that might remain.

Wear a good pair of noise cancelling headphones so that the isochronic tone in the video gently brings your mind into an alpha (deep learning) brainwave state.

Following the instructions in the video with your eyes closed, visualize in your mind your..

  1. Current State (where you are now)
  2. Visualization of Ideal state (where you want to be)
  3. Move INTO that Ideal state (that new body)
  4. Erase the OLD state (the old body)
  5. Anchor this state by making a symbolic gesture (light smile, touching thumb and index finger, focusing on chest or breath, or whatever anchor you're comfortable with).
  6. Slowly open your eyes into the new ideal state as the video ends.
  7. Test the new state by analyzing your sense of motivation. Take your new ideal state for a quick test run. Do some exercise and see how motivated and driven you feel. Do some task that you didn't quite like to do in the past. How do you currently feel about junk food, being lazy, pornography, etc? If some of these bad habits still linger, go back in and loop back to 1.
  8. Usually for most people this kind of rapid induction works on the first run. But if you feel there are a few things you need to add/remove/modify, go back into the state and rebuild and retry.

Writing down your ideal state on a notepad first helps a great deal to build that foundation. You can write about how you look, how you dress, various new characteristics of how your approach and talk to people, your new positive habits and personality traits, and any negative habits or personality traits that you've removed. remember, this guy is the IDEAL YOU so be as creative as you want to be.

I'll include two links. One using binaurial beats and the other using isochronic tones. Use the one that you feel most comfortable with. Also, the moderator of this group made a really good suggestion. If you're not already a part of r/Meditation or r/streamentry PLEASE join. If you're not entirely familiar with the use of meditation to increase discipline and reduce anxiety, Please let me know and i'll help.
