Constantly absorbing pickup theory in "preparation" for future interactions with girls is like studying a football playbook for years in case you might stumble into a game one day. It's a colossal waste of time unless you actually take action and I'm finally starting to realize that after a year of being in the community. I (20M) have had some success in the past but have consistently fallen short of my goals because I wait for opportunities to fall into my lap. I had this wake-up call yesterday when I got friend-zoned by a girl I thought I would end up dating. So here's what I'm gonna do about it:

I'm going to take up a challenge similar to what Hanan019 has been doing.

Every single day I have to meet/approach one girl I don't know. I'm gonna start out slow and hopefully scale this up as I progress. I will update ya'll here and really would just love feedback and to be held accountable. I will start with an initial goal of 30 days and go from there.
