Hmm. Maybe at first she wasn’t feeling the same way, but after not talking/spending time with you she might’ve realized what she is missing out on. IF you like her and would like to escalate things, ask her on a date and see how it goes? The ball clearly seems in your court now, go with the flow and follow your gut.

How long has it been since she rejected you?

Maybe the next she compliments your body or does something really out of the way for you, you could straight up ask: “Are you sure you’re not into me?”

I wouldn’t make a move, but if you’re confused you can address the mixed signals through a joke. I’ve rejected a guy nicely but continued to be friends afterwards and then he’d ask me out again— it really frustrated me. Not to say that’s the case here, but just comment on her vibe before actually asking her out:)
