It is obvious that during an interaction one must always have eye contact. It is a representation of confidence and that you are being receptive to what the other person is trying to tell you. If you do not have a problem with this then cool, but for those who do then you must sometimes wonder how much is enough eye contact??

Usually what i do is i try to find out if the girl im talking to is wearing contact lenses. When a girl wears contacts one can see the almost clear line around her cornea. This kind of perspective gives you the drive to get a bit closer to your set, remain eye contact (concentrate on the left eye first and then switch to right eye and repeat), and also if they do wear eye contacts then you could make it part of the conversation.
