So right now I'm sort of back and forthing (is that a phrase or did I just make it up?) with this girl I've known for a few years, although we're just good acquaintances. I'm usually fine with game in person, but I don't text often so I don't have a chance to practice it. Any basic tips to help me improve my text game would be great.

Edit: Thanks for the tips, guys. I worked on it a bit and now we have a date for this week. I'll let you know how it goes, and possibly post an FR.
