I have a unique opportunity to move anywhere in Europe. In your experience for guys with decent game and looks, would you go to a tier 1 (london, berlin, etc) or tier 2 city? (Manchester, Munich, etc)

I've never done game in places like NYC or LA, just a ton of tier 2 cities in the US (500K+ population and a decent amount to do but not crazy). I've heard most people clean up at the tier 2 cities, and the tier 1's are best for rich guys but good for practice.
