You are spending entirely too much time on her for just a date. Chat her a bit, intrigue her and get her interested and then set a meet. If she flakes on you more than 2 times she is done.
If you are facechatting for 3 hours already why do you even need the date, you already had it - should be straight to the bed.

Honestly if a girl from tinder can't commit to a date within the first 20 texts I usually just unmatch. There are so many girls and it's just not worth while to waste time with someone who is not using tinder for the same reasons as yourself.

lol at calling out a girl in such a butthurt and logical way. If you want to move on, move on. I would. Or I'd call her out playfully and keep pinging her every once in a while, focusing on other girls in the meantime. But "manning" up w/that ultimatum text worries me more than anything else here. It shows you still don't fully get it. A girl opened me on Tinder yesterday afternoon and we were meeting a few hours later. These are the kinds of girls I focus on.
