I was a fucking pick up nerd. Basically, i studied every theory possible, but i didn't practice it. Recently i caught a virus and deleted all my pua notes. At first i was mad, but then magic happened. I started to free flow, no approach anxiety and i started to live by these principles.

Moral of the story: If you dont have time to game all day, dont watch a whole bunch of theory, go out, game, socialize, experience new situations and pass new shit tests, feel the girl and watch her how she reacts and you are on the right track, i would recommend watching theory once a week, the other needs to be taking action
