Tips for keeping date conversation flowing?

You really need to understand your self worth man. The fact that your saying you "somehow" managed to lock her down shows you think she's better than you and you are definitely giving off that vibe to her.

If you were comfortable in your own skin you'd be able to practically sit in silence and not be worried about being "on" during conversation. Try and sit back and think about what makes you the great guy that you are and how she is lucky to have such a winner as a boyfriend. This probably wasn't the answer you were looking for but I might give you more long term help.

For conversation topics I like to ask about a girls family very early if I'm serious about dating her. Typically if she has a bad relationship with her parents it's a big red flag for me.

Conversations should be organic and flow from one topic to the next.
