I know my post is a bit late to the party but my ex gf mentioned she hated this about me when we had our break-up fight. I'm curious what your take is on when they say decisiveness pisses them off. Maybe finding me too controlling. She said something along the lines of "I hate how you always take control of the situation. It's always what you want to do and you don't bend at all". Is her anger just some bs? Something she hoped I'd soften on so she could gain some power in the relationship?

I used to do this in college, where not having a car was acceptable. If she has a car, have her pick you up. When she drops you off, just invite her in. Women don't want to ask the guy to come in because it doesn't give them plausible deniability. If you invite her in, it'll be a lot easier for her to accept as "just being the friendly thing to do". Worked quite well for me in my early 20s

Not that I'm aware of. She owned up stating that she didn't make this clear earlier. I was willing to meet half way "ill pay this time, you pay next" but it was to far gone by that point. Her mind was made up.

Great post man! How do you prepare your frame of mind (your routine) leading up to going out? Aside from what you've said in the post about "I’m just going to head to the club, stand around and have a few beers."? The best time about going out with friends is the couple hours spent before leaving to the bar. Having drinks and being social with the buddies is great then by the time I get to the bar we all usually divide and concur.

How fucking nice are your lips? Lol.. These women seem to be just under a spell. Tell them "As long as I have these lips you have a place to sit"... Just say "Thank you very much". That's literally all that needs to be said from 99% of all compliments. Shows you have character and can take a genuine compliment. When girls are travelling all bets are off. Remember that women make decisions based on there emotions at the time (2 guys in London; far from home, alcohol & hotel room..this was a recipe for hooking up abroad). Especially since this girl didn't come out and say she had a boyfriend indicates she was ready and willing to cheat.

If the date went mutually well you shouldn't have to text for a week before suggesting a 2nd date. It'll show that your uncertain of yourself. If the date was good she will have no problem texting you 1-2 days afterwards. Basically the next time you contact her you should be bringing up the subject of a 2nd date/hangout. I'm currently going through this now and was able to adapt and concur. Probably most importantly is this is a great opportunity to work on yourself. Start doing things you said you've wanted to do but for some reason haven't gotten around to them. Books you've wanted to read, hobbies you've wanted to try and so on. Some good things to talk about is what is currently going on around you. If you are able to form an opinion on your surroundings or observe something thats worth mentions thats usually an easy way to naturally form a good conversation. If you can't think of anything going on around you have a "go-to" in your back pocket. Try not to go this route though because it will come off as a rehearsed line/opinion question. Hope that helps!
