First thing to do after a breakup and you have zero intentions of dating this person again? Block&Delete them from every social media outlet imaginable. Its not healthy to have daily reminders of a past significant other

i dont exactly think i want to move on i just dont understand what my situation really is like does it seem like its just time and things will go back to normal in the future or is it like i should just end everything and move on
