I'm working every now and then at this place, it's an easy job if i could say, nothing serious, and today there were a new girl that started working here, she were constantly giving me eye contact wheither she were from far away or close to me, i talked to her multiple times and we're vibing, i can see she is a really cool girl, but the energy behind the conversations seems a bit friend to friend type of stuff.

Anyway, as the title says, i'm looking for tips to escalate on her, but not in a rushed way, i want to get to know her more and escalate from there.
