If you're in an exclusive relationship, then you've gotta decide first whether you're gonna stay in it or leave. And if you decide to leave, then ask yourself what's the reason for leaving. If it's just that you want that emotional spark of pursuing someone new, that's fine, but then note that maybe exclusive dating relationships aren't what you're looking for right now.

Yeah, sort your relationshion situation out before you start actively pursuing other chicks.
I'd be pretty pissed to know this was happening if I was your girlfriend.

Leave. Your. Girlfriend. Before you do something fucking stupid. Don't be THAT guy.
Don't be a fucking asshole, because if you don't break up with your girlfriend and keep doing this, that's what you are.

The LAST thing I'd want for you, and prolly the last thing you want too, is to post on this subreddit with full trust feeling that the people here would accept you for who you are and your actions and would actually give you honest help, but INSTEAD call you an asshole and say dont fucking do it. To anybody reading, people come to this subreddit with less wisdom than others for help in certain situations, and for people with wisdom and years of experience to guide others through simply for them not to experience what they went through.
SO, I'm here to tell you OP, I HAVE been 'that guy' and I HAVE been in your situation. I have changed but I'll tell you my experience. You haven't said your age, but there could be multiple reasons for this situation you're in.
1) You're prolly getting subconsciously bored of your relationship, the spark has left and theres no excitement anymore. This new girl is new and different so you're falling for her. The fun part is falling in love.
2) Maybe long term commitment just isnt your thing right now? If you're like 18-22, you should be living life and going through experiences that teach you valuable life lessons you can apply later in life, and a relationship holding you back from learning how to gain confidence, social skills, and how to better yourself as a person might not be the best thing right now? Settling down is for later, learn life experiences while your young.
3) (A situation I was in) You rushed into your relationship and got comfortable, but found someone you just CLICKED with. You literally feel like this girl is 'the one' and your falling mad in love because you have so much in common, you both laugh at the same shit, it's great, etc.
And other situations that other users could probably help out and mention.
WHATEVER THE REASON IS OP, First you need to find out how you feel towards your current GF, and how you feel towards this new girl and why your falling for her. Is she worth trading your current gf for this one? Do you like her? Is she better for you than your current? Or are you just trynna fuck. Evaluate the situation. If you really did come here for help, explain to us the details.
