Of course she was interested. You seem like an awesome, well rounded guy, you look good, you have the confidence (your lying to yourself when you say its fake) and your pretty smart. Just say something along the lines of "Well it was really nice meeting you, we should meet for a drink sometime. Give me your number and I'll call you". I always ask for the number as a command, such as hand them your phone and say "Here put your number in my phone". Always number close, otherwise, why even talk to them?
