Attraction isn't a choice. You approach a girl and next minute (or two) she makes a decision. She likes you: Yes or Not. If Not you go away. If yes, there is a posibillity for her to be very attracted to you. Then you just go with the flow and land in her pussy. Both. This method, broadly is called push-pull. You want her going. He likes me/he doesn't like me, he thinks I'm cool/he doesn't think I'm cool, he wants me/he doesn't want me. And so on and so forth. And also swapping emotional states. Like tell a happy story immediately followed by a sad story.

HOWEVER, by the way, "getting to know her" shouldn't be in the "traditional" sense that betas do. Getting to know her in the sed sense is looking for openings (pun partially intended).
