So here is the situation: There is this girl that I really like. We have known each other for quite sometime now but we were never close. Yesterday I invited her over (with some other friends) to my house for a pastry tasting thing (I like cooking). When we were alone I asked her if she would go out with me and she said she had heard nothing but good about me however she doesn't know me and I don't know her for dating.

So she suggested that we should hang out more to see whether we are compatible or not. Btw we are going to meet on Wednesday to help each other with a work related task. The problem is I'd never put much of an effort for my previous GFs so I'm relatively inexperienced in pursuing. How should I go ahead?

  • How much should I text her per day?
  • I don't want to be the funny monkey. I crack a joke once in a while but I don't want to be THAT guy.
  • How frequent I should ask to meet her or be in events with her?
