I was at a bar in my college town (Gainesville) and I see this girl(HB9) I had class with but never really talked to, we make eye contact and I signal to her to come to me, I ask if the guy she was with was her boyfriend and she says no (with an expression in her face as if it was obvious), anyway I ask her about the class she says she remembers me etc. I ask her number and she says her phone was broken, I stay sdtaring at her for a split second and she says I can have er # anyways for when she gets it back.. Is she interested?

TL;DR asked girl her number, she said it was broken but gave me her # anyways for when she got the new one(with the same #) do you all think she will flake or is she interested?
