Anybody have this problem where their voice gets constricted from time to time and it's almost like you're speaking from inside your head. Like a lot of tension develops inside your head and it's almost difficult to speak? I find that this tends to creep up on me out of nowhere, the best way to explain it is having a "stifled voice" occasionally.
