Hey dudes.

One of the key contributing factors to guys struggling with approach anxiety is that they are putting too much pressure on themselves right off the bat.

You aren't afraid to approach, you're afraid of everything that's going to come after and you don't feel like you're going to be able to handle yourself. You don't feel equipped.

When you're going out for daygame or nightgame try to just walk around with a smile, your chin up, and just say some neutral-positive things to people. Guys and girls.

Here's an infield example of me warming up like this and then having an awesome interaction: https://youtu.be/VS33FtHWOj0

You can compliment or just say some random things to get you into more of a social flow which will then get you ready for showing intent.

It's like Halo checkpoints. Make it to the first checkpoint and when you die, you start there each time. Don't look at the whole map and feel overwhelmed. Checkpoint by checkpoint.
