This week I decided that i wanted to get better at cold approaching, to lose that crippling anxiety making me feel like approaching a girl is a dangerous activity.

So I set up a challenge of making one cold approach a day, I didnt went 7/7 but I did managed to strike a few pretty cool low effort interactions.

I complimented 4 girls total this week about different things I noticed about them.

One had a pretty cool bag and I told her it was a pretty cool tote bag, another girl had dreads and I just approached her and told her that her hair looked amazing.

I always went with a big sincere smile, and when I told them the compliments their eyes lit every single time. I didnt tried to extend the interaction to get an instagram or anything I will try and do that next week.

Anyways it was very cool to see how easy it actually is to randomly approach a pretty girl.
