So these 2 girls I have previously had sex with, get in contact with me, i answer and they ghost me, then after some time they reach out to me again and the same pattern repeats, I never try to reach them or initiate a convo after they leave me in seen. How would you interpret this sort of behavior?

I posted a picture of my room where I shagged one of them and she replies with some googly eyes, then I tell her whats up and doesnt bother to reply back, haha.
