That other guy isnt being needy, you probably text these girls and put all kinds of pressure on them. Which is easy to do but chill out more. Dont stress so much and enjoy the interactions more. You will have better luck that way

That's understandable. But 6 years of 0 action of any kind, no kissing even. I give them a couple days, text back, 'hello?' and either I'm blocked or ghosted for the rest of my life. It's like .. i just want a relationship at this point, not even to smash and pass. I'm lonely and still heart broken since my ex is spreading false accusations against me, & would love to calm down for once with another girl after years of stress.
What more can i do.......?

You need to work on yourself as you have just described you have some internal issues that should be sorted first. Work on that, get more hobbies, then go for the girl.

Go read “The Game”.
You have to learn what women actually want, which is not a gentle soft spoken white knight. Learn the behaviors that are physically attractive to females, and you will get better results.
TLDR; politeness may be a good quality for taking you home to her parents, but it’s not sexually attractive
