Around 9 months ago, I met a cute girl at a company team building party. Bought her couple drinks, we chatted for hour or two (it was the end of the party) and went our ways (we are from different cities, but work for the same company). We stayed in touch via social media, but didn't have face-to-face contact, since we live in different cities.

Last week she pings me (first!) that she will be in my city for work, so I will see her in the office and we should go out after work. She came to the office, reached to me first. We go out in a larger group after work, drink some beers, do some shots and I suggest that two of us continue clubbing, rest can join, but don't have to :). Since she was in the hotel in the center, and I live outside of the city, we go to her hotel to leave our stuff there (laptops and jackets since it was hot, and I will come afterwards to pick it up, ). We have fun, continue drinking, shes happy, smiling, there is some flirting...She is speaking about our first meeting some time ago. After few hours of clubbing, we go back to the hotel, speak a lot, she wants me to meet her. We are both a little bit drunk, we are casually touching each other, but I'm still hesitant to make the first big move (like kiss her or something, because I still figure we work together, what will happen if she says no at some point). She goes to her room, and I leave to buy some drinks in the nearby market, and then join her in the room. When she opened the door, she was in her underwear (half naked). I'm ready to close the deal, and then she is like "I have to finish some work stuff for tomorrow, nothing is going to happen tonight, what you might expect". We lie next to each other on the bed, she takes her laptop and starts working (?!). I tease her a little bit, but then she at some point says 'Its time for you to go". I was like wtf, but ok, maybe we were both drunk and tired. Tomorrow is a new day.

Tomorrow, again, we go out alone for some drinks, I leave my stuff at her room again, she doesn't mind and we go to dinner with the rest of the crew. After dinner, she would go do something, but the rest want to go home, some of her colleagues to the hotel. Again, I invite her to go alone for some drinks, but I think at this point she felt a little bit stupid because people saw her leaving alone with me, and started making dumb comments. We are in her room, she is pissed at her colleagues because they promised to go clubbing, but stood her up. Again - time for me to leave.

So what went wrong here? Did I read the signals wrong completely or did I fuck something up? I'm curious about how other see this.
