The whole "debt" thing is a no-go. It doesn't sound like it was a flirty excuse to make out; instead, you were actually holding it over her head. By definition that's manipulative, and betrays a lack of belief in yourself that this girl would hook up with you because she liked you. It's also pretty creepy IMO.
