Hey, seddit!

I'd like to apologize in advance if this question is asked frequently. If that is the case, hopefully you can all bare with me. Anyway, lets get down to it: What do you say after opening? Opening is generally not a problem for me, actually. I'm not great at it by any means, but I get by. However, after I make an opening I'll completely blank. Here's an example:

Me: "Wow, you are stunning!"

Her: "Thanks!" (Or something along those lines)

Me: "My name is GentlemenQuinn. What's yours?"

Her: "[Her name]"

Aaand this is where I get stuck. What do I say next? Do I compliment her again? Should I make a remark about her style, or wherever we happen to be? Keep in mind that I can't go to bars yet, so my setting is generally in/around work, and college campus/classes.
