It means whatever you make out of the situation when you hang out next time. . It's really not a big deal at all and girls say that all the time. Neither of you guys has probably made the first move yet, and this is probably her way of making it.

How long have you been friends? If it's been for a while, say: "id date you if it wasn't for the fact that were really good friends" and see how she reacts, and proceed from that. If you guys have recently began to hang out ask her: "hey, I'm interested in you, want to go on a date with me"
