Talk to her on the phone then get her on video chat as soon as possible to make sure she's the girl in her profile. If you think about it, you've progressed her from dating app, to text, to phone, to video chat. If she ain't comfortable enough to go out with you by then, she's wasting your time. On the video call, ask her out during the conversation. You don't want to take too long to meet her because you'll risk her thinking you're not confident. You also don't want to waste your time with a catfish.

So far all good.. Ask for the in person meet up. Have a specific date/time/place/event to offer that is lite/fun/interesting.

If she has a high interest level she will accept. If she has a conflict, she will offer a counter date.

If she has low to no interest, she will decline without a counter offer or worse flake. In that case, loose the number.
