I read once that touching other person in 95% means you try to show them you like them or other way around. Humans are very aware of touch so we do it with purpose.

It's not implausible that if he were high too (depending on which substance he was high on) that he was hallucinating and didn't even know it was you.

But Ocam's Razor tells me it's more likely that he likes you.
