She kind of likes you but is looking for some masculinity in you. Next time ask her, say just you and me, without your friend. If she says yes good, if no, next her. She has to make a choice.

If you zoom out and look at the bigger perspective of what you're writing here, you might see that you're over analyzing things. I understand, and have been guilty of this in the past also. Don't fall into this trap. I'll give you an example, you say:
Anyways, I tried to plan a date today, but she declined because she would be busy from the holiday. I thought this was obviously a sign that she didnt like me, but to my suprise she messaged me again offering me to come and hang at the mall again.
You're assumption was made, it was an absolute assumption, and it was wrong. Now, how many more times did you do this for the rest of the page? This is what I mean. You came to a conclusion that was incorrect, but if it wasn't proven incorrect, you would've assumed that she had no interest. The problem is, when you make assumptions like this, you change the way you treat them. She will be able to detect it, and her disinterest will become a reality. Hope this gives you a different perspective.
No speculation can be made.

I can understand that im looking to far into it, but can you explain why im being played?
Also this is the first girl ive ever pursued.

Not being played in the literal sense. It's more you're playing yourself by looking too much into it. You trick yourself into believing false realities.
Which is why it might be a good idea to not overanalyze things because a lack of experience may kick in.

Sounds like she's playing with you. That's OK, shows she's interested in you. The trouble is you're playing back, allowing her to lead - you're the puppet and she's pulling the strings. I suggest you back off for a while (double the normal amount of time you'd normally interact), then message her, something like, I'm going to xyz I'd love to see you there. Add, in a friendly way: this is an invitation for you only. Don't go back to the mall until you've been on a date, enough of that.
Appreciate the advice, ill back off a bit
