I'm 25M residing in Mumbai. I'm in the last level of a professional course and my training will start any time this year. I've dated 2 girls till now but I'm a virgin. I'll give you a status of 5-6 friends of mine. (Below mentioned names aren't real).

Abhay- My best friend (25M) who is also in the last stage of a professional course has dated 3 women. He has had sex with 2-3 women and is currently in 3rd base with a girl in his society. He belongs to a well to do family and is earning around 8-9k pm from his training.

Anirudh (27M)- He's an IT Soccer analyst earning around 40-45k pm.  Has a good personality but is really bad at speaking English (mentioning this as people do consider this one at times). Apart from that he looks good, earns well and has around 35-40 matches in Hinge and gets laid almost every month. Recently he got laid with a German whom he met at a wedding.

Mayur (26M)- He did his masters in comp application but is not doing really well in his career. He struggles to get a job and recently got fired from one after working there for more than a year due to low performance. He was earning 20k pm. He actively seeks to get laid (rather call it desperate). He's active on all the dating apps but hardly gets women. But he does get 5-6 matches and goes on a date often. Recently he made his date wait at a decided resraurant for almost an hour and went to another place. Upon telling her that he got fired she told that he's a really laid back guy. After a few weeks the girl texts him asking for a meetup. He also got laid with another one he met in bumble.

Kaustub (24M)- Recently got done with his physiotherapy and working in a clinic earning around 9-10k pm. Dated 2 out of which had great sex with 1 and now he's involved with a girl in his clinic. Got laid once with this one then started ignoring her when she confessed to him that she likes him.

Alex (25M)- This one is the most successful among us. Advocate earning a really good package at his age (won't disclose). He has dated multiple women, got into situationships and can pretty much pull off any girl whom he talks to.

Sudhir (24M)- Did his grad and working at a firm. Makes 7k pm and has dated 3 girls till now.

Kalpesh (23M)- In the same profession and same level as me. Yet to start his training and has been dating since 5yrs.

My point here is except for Anirudh and Alex for obvious reasons, how are the others able to pull off women or get laid so effortlessly? Alex told me that when I start earning I too will be able to do it. But looking the status of other friends, I don't think money is the root cause here. There is something else and can you guys please help a friend out?

(Except for Alex, all of us stay with our parents in Mumbai. All of us except Sudhir and Kalpesh belong to a well to do family.
