Only give her positive reply when she text first. And best thing you can do to meet her in person is to make situation where you are going somewhere and tell her to come join you. That way you create feeling that you are bored and she is here to offer you fun time, not another way around. And when you go out, tease the hell out of her, just to create these mixed feelings in her head.

That's perfect, wait again for her text and give her positive feedback, then for every 2,3 texts u can send maybe funny Pic or something. And be flirty, tell her you would spank her but you are not in town right now, create tension and don't be afraid to be direct
