She actually responded and agreed to meet again today but i'm still unsure if this is going to happen or not because i just don't feel that she is "heads over heels" right now.
Should i remind her of the meeting with question if she is ready to go or should i go completely radio silent and hope that she won't flake or forget about it..?

Im just rocking up to a date will answer later and have a proper read. Nothing wrong with confirming a date though. A sly change of location is a smooth way to do it. Come up with a better idea etc

You could always text to give her a hint on how to dress or what to expect so you can confirm. Sometimes ill just send a "getting all dolled up for me?"... shell reply yes then i say "guess i better put on a clean shirt" or something like that
