If she says no that mean she’s not ready or that she doesn’t see you that way.

Copied what I replied to someone else it kind of applies here: Just study kino escalation, until you see its a natural progression from initial contact till sex. There is a lot of free material out there, start the date with a hug, lead her to the seats by supporting her lower back with your hand. touch her on the shoulder or leg when you are joking, poke her after a joke, keep strong eye contact when she is talking. Sit close to her, grab her hand to check out her nail polish, or grab her ear(ring) to check it out, get comfortable with touching, hug her, read the feedback if she likes it or is ok with it, touch and let go too, don't initially put your hand on her leg and leave it there forever. Put it there take it away see if she's fine with it, put it there again caress her leg a bit. After a natural escalation you will be basically cuddling being really close with each other maybe caressing her hand arm leg whatever and from that point a kiss is just a very very small next step. It just takes practise and getting comfortable with and some women will basically be all over you and make you more comfortable with the whole process o you can develop some routines. Again all of this can happen while you talk about cats. If all goes smoothly and natural this is when a girl feels like " It just happened" we were just having fun and suddenly we were kissing, the touching is much more normal for women as it is for a lot of us guys, so as touching in the beginning will feel super awkward and rapey even maybe, just get familiar and comfortable with it
